The 200 sqm loft was designed for a family of four in a privileged area of Thessaloniki, offering 360-degree views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The apartment is organized across two levels: the first floor hosts all communal areas, including the living and dining spaces, an open kitchen, a guest WC, and two children’s bedrooms. The upper floor accommodates the master suite, consisting of a bedroom, a vestibule, and an en-suite bathroom.
The design concept centers on the use of natural materials and refined contrasts — a continuous wooden floor throughout all areas is paired with stainless-steel surfaces, a white marble dining table for eight, and carefully selected furniture and lighting pieces from renowned brands such as Saba Italia, Kristalia, Ditre Italia, and Stosa Cucine.
